This cap can be locked on, but no locking hardware is included or available. This listing is for a set of four 4 used oem 15 full wire wheel covers with caps correct numerous rear drive size Chrysler Dodge Plymouth model's diplomat, gran fury, fifth avenue, etc equipped steel wheels. This is a used 25 year old set and they are not new or show quality items.

I'm not sure why, how, or when it happened, but this is how was removed from the car. Please see photos and ask questions prior to purchase. All four caps need a good bath, but are ready to use as they if you just want cover your bare, black wheels. I only mention the issue so there are no surprises.

Please purchase accordingly. One of the caps top right has a tear on back side where lock bolt would install see final photo. Purchase price is for four wire wheel covers and caps, as pictured.

The issue is not visible when cap installed, and it has no effect of caps ability to snap on. There are some dents and dings on the edges from curbs parking, but all spokes in place clips solid unbroken for a secure fit. Please expect to find scratches, scuffs, and dirt, dust, grime, other imperfections from years of every day road use exposure the elements. Dealer list price for just one of these without a cap.
