Then I moved on to the cap. This wheel cover cap is shown as the top left in pictures. When I found this set, one of the wheel covers had been taped to outside box show what was inside.
Green wrench with locking wheel cover nuts. Otherwise, this set appears to be in excellent shape. The tape pulled right off and didn't leave much residue. New, never installed parts.
I would consider the 4th wheel cap as trash but potentially fixable with lots of work and patience. I cleaned up the wheel, no problem. Well the cleaner got in between chrome trim ring and painted started eating paint.
