Sold as shown. They do show wear as you can see. You'll have to clean the previous owners marker marks off of them as you can see. All of these items may have scratches, nicks, could be dirty, etc.

The may need paint/etc if applicable. Here is a lot of 2 hubcaps as shown. They may show scratches/dings/dents/curb marks/etc. Rubbing alcohol or similar solvent with a cotton ball normally works pretty well.
