There is no cap included. This tire and wheel had low miles on it, when the a hole that was plugged. 1 plugged tire and wheel for a Chevy Caprice. This tire and wheel were rotated to the spare, it was never driven on again.

The tread depth is deep. Will try to combine shipping when possible. One Gm factory original 15 wheel and tire.

The wheel has several clear coat flaws and a nick on front rim edge. It has always held air with the plug in. Please verify pictures and information for your need.
