Top one has minor tape residue across it should buff right out. Flat n' straight with some flaws in the frost paint - defects. Will work for 1964 as well but not restoration build sheet correct 64' it omitted the black highlight in outer ring. Set of Plymouth valiant 13 hubcaps.
