They appear to have been protecting these quite well for some time now. I always try to keep many other similar items listed, most with no reserve and low opening bid. Enjoy the offer.
Judging by the packaging I received these in, i'd say it was a safe bet to assume all 4 were removed from same vehicle when owner decided put aftermarket wire wheel covers on his and stored in garage. Minor road wear, but no real structural defect that I can detect.
