They are ready to use as are, but could clean up look even better. None of the issues mentioned effect structural integrity caps, and they are all fully functional roadworthy. They are being sold just as were found, and have not been cleaned or polished.

Should fit all 14 Mopar steel wheels fwd up to approx these are yard fresh used originals that have not been cleaned or polished. They can also be used on numerous other Chrysler, dodge and Plymouth cars, vans trucks of the 198090s. All four of these are fully functional, but not without their flaws. The metal retaining band on back side is structurally sound, but does have some surface rust as you can see in photos.

This issue is not seen when the caps are installed. Used set of four original equipment 14 wheel covers originally on the Plymouth, acclaim, Sundanese and Voyager model's equipped with steel wheels. Purchase price is for the full set of four. The painted finish is original, and has not been touched up.

The front sides of caps are in good shape, but need a thorough cleaning see photos. They are very hard to find in decent shape, so it cant hurt have spares.
