More details and specifics are detailed below. One set of Honda Civic bolt on wheel covers original to 1988 1991 model year cars with 13 steel wheels. This is a used part. These bolt down with the factory lug nuts and all mounting points are intact.

This is purely cosmetic and expected on a 35 year old plastic hubcap. Please review all photos. All 4 are in good condition and have been refinished. One cap has a crack on the perimeter as shown and few others have some small stress cracks well missing alignment tabs.

Each cap has some visible remaining marks and curb scratches as shown.
