These caps are really expensive to get from gm if you can even them anymore. You are buying the one cap pictured and it is in daily driver condition with normal blemishes. This cap tends to fade and scratch easily so most likely is no worse than any of the others on your truck plastic lug caps are included as pictured however 2 lugs have pulled though but I removed from running it fit fine.
