Has the green pained ring. I found this many moons ago in an estate sale and appears to be engineering sample cover from see tag on inside of was used several model's including Maverick, Comet, Torino Montego 1972 possibly locations by USPS priority mail.

Heres what looks to be a new, uninstalled 14 wheel cover for many Ford and Mercury vehicles from. Only defects I can see is are a few very slight scratches on the outer portion of chrome ring that probably be buffed out easily. Still doesn't take away the beauty of this cover.

Hard to find these covers in this kind of condition.
