I have here a full set of four used original 14 wheel covers for '83 '84 full-size Mercury passenger car station wagon, Hollander 823-b. I would rank the set a 7. Centers are free of cracks with a few light scratches that will polish out.
Base cover with changed lens is the same as used on '83 thru '86 full-size Ford. 5 out of 10 overall with potential for better time spent polishing and detailing.
