All of the retaining clips and stainless wire are firmly in place. Cap is used and has not been cleaned or polished. Used original equipment 15 wire spiked wheel cover originally on the Ford Crown Victoria model's equipped with steel wheels. Actual item is shown in photos, so please look closely.

There are minor cosmetic imperfections scratches scuffs blemishes etc from years of road use and exposure to the elements, but overall this is a fairly respectable item for its age. Daily driver quality cap, not a new or show item.

Look carefully. The original lock bolt is not included, but it isn't required to install this cap. Sold as-is.
