Caps will fit any standard super duty or Excursion with oem lugs on the truck. These will fit most trucks with the 8 bolt 16 wheel. Where removed off a 2002 Excursion.

These came off one of my personal trucks and are in nice condition, a few dings scratches consistent with normal wear on the truck.
