This item has been setting around a while but is still in the original sealed plastic 'bag. It has been left in its original packaging to keep sealed and the front surface from scuffing scratching. On the back of this cover there does appear some signs scuffs spring tabs and 'dirt' side edges however is very odd since item in a sealed plastic bag.
Please look at all the photos for more details first photo is stock picture clarity, did not want to open package seal. As mentioned the item was purchased some time ago and untouched since received. Mitsubishi Lancer 14 hubcap wheel cover w 7 spokes great condition ref fitment: this is a 'new' unused that I planned to use on my 2002 however no longer have vehicle. There is some back side plastic discoloration but the face looks clear with out any damage.
