2nd flaw the retaining ring that holds clips on back of cap had a bend, which I attempted to straighten. Flaws several areas of minor damage on the most prominent ring outboard center. Look at the 3 o'clock position in 2nd photo. Further readjustment could be easily done if one has the correct wheel to fit it onto, which I don't.

Hollander the outer edges of cap are, on other hand, very nice. An above average 30 year old cap with vibrant un cracked emblem. Oe 15 inch wheelcover,as used from by Cadillac on both the Seville eldo.
