Finish faded different shades of silver. The original painted silver finish is very faded and worn dull due to time. Staining that does not polish off.
On a scale from 1 to 10, these rate 5 or less in condition. This is a good used set with many scratches scrapes and marks. A set of four 4 Pontiac 15 factory full wheel covers.
