The original lock bolts and brackets are not included or available in this listing. This listing is for a complete set of four 4 used original equipment 15 wire wheel covers originally on the Cadillac fleetwood brougham, Deville, Seville, and Calais RWD model's. Buyer should plan on doing some cleaning prior to installation. All of the spokes are in place on each cap and pop-out Cadillac crests.

The retaining clips are all in place on back side, so locking isn't really necessary with this cap. Gm list price for one of these caps is 362. I have not cleaned or polished the caps since they were removed from vehicle. They are suitable for use on a daily driver in their current state.

Cosmetically, this is one of the better sets i've had to offer in recent years, but none them are perfect. These are the single lock caps that were originally used on model's.

There are a few curb scratches and some surface oxidation on the back side of caps. This cap is suitable for RWD model's equipped with 15 steel wheels only. If you plan to use them on anything nicer, will need restore all four caps better quality. These caps are used, 30 years old and have not been cleaned or polished.

Nothing is missing on this set except for the locking hardware. This is the only set I have at time.
