They are fully functional, but not new or show quality items by any means. The caps on bottom row have lost paint emblems and are now silver. They can also be used on most 14 gm Fwd steel wheels, but please do your research when using other model's. It looks like the previous owner may have pushed some of damage out from back side see photos.

Please expect to find signs of age and use associated with wheel covers this vintage scratches, scuffs, dings, dents, dirt, grime, oil, grease, etc.

The cap pictured top right in photos 1 and 2 has some significant damage from a high curb see. Set of four 4 used original equipment 14 deluxe full wheel covers originally on the Cadillac Deville and fleetwood not suitable for RWD brougham model's or any model equipped with 15 wheels. The other three caps are relatively free from curb damage.
