This listing is for a set of four 4 used original equipment 14 metal wire spoked wheel covers locking caps originally on numerous rear drive Ford and Mercury model's equipped with steel wheels. There are dings around the outer edge, likely from installation and scratches parking curbs. These will not fit any 15 wheel.
May clean up to look a little better. Sold as-is.
They are locking caps, but no hardware is included or available in this listing. Look carefully. No missing spokes. Purchase price is for the exact caps in photos.
Actual items are shown in photos. Locking them on is completely optional with this cap because they are primarily held the steel clips. Caps are used and have not been cleaned or polished.
